This adds a new post type to handle REST API requests along with a controller for creating the response. This is for #54 , and it seems to be working in local testing however the
typeparameter is still being added and I had some trouble re-factoring to get that out while maintaining current functionality. There also might be more re-factoring that could be done to make this leaner and faster.
