Adds a page (with hard-coded data for now) to display a list of the visualisations that are available to see.
Inspect the S3 bucket to find all available visualisations, which are then displayed on the visualisations page.
If there are no visualisations to show on the visualisations page, show a message rather than just an empty page to avoid ambiguity for the user.

Adds a page to show a list of the visualisation graphs that have been generated, with links to the graph visualiser page for each.
This makes it much easier for users to see the available visualisations, and avoids them having to know what the path on the S3 bucket is for any given visualisation.
