Not 100% sure if we should take this one up or try to not depend directly on serve-static given we already have browser-sync in the repository. Leaning towards the latter.

Also because this makes us download two separate versions of serve-static:

I'm all for it if we can cut down on our dependencies, but I also feel like browser-sync has caused issues in the past due to using fairly old dependencies.
