ALT Linux Quickstart

Install the necessary packages (for p9):

apt-get update
apt-get install gpupdate

Then you have to enable group policy applier:

gpupdate-setup enable

and reboot the machine.

You may also install graphical tools (parts of Alterator):

apt-get install alterator-auth alterator-gpupdate

In case every service is working as planned, the group policy settings will be applied on machine boot (and then every 60 minutes) and on user login (and then every 60 minutes) automatically.
