docs(product): add use-case pack - #129

Add a focused use-case pack for the current Strata product slice, covering operator readiness, indexing, retrieval, document reads, and web-to-API verification. Include alternate or failure flows so later API, runbook, and test work has a clearer behavioral model to build on. Closes #97
