One can use the "DEBUG" environment var to enable verbose debugging. Logs are also streamed to file in immich-albums.*.log
This is pretty useful for all that '.thumbcache' directories all around

Current implementation of the --skip option can skip dir on full paths.
We improve this by skipping directories when the basename match.
Note: this MR depends on #20 that improves logging.
