The normal bootloader doesn't support CAN and the CAN bootloader doesn't support normal input. This supports both and adds RGB LED support along with the debug UART printouts.

ahh, nice! Any chance you could send me one of these ESCs? (with debug pins broken out please)
I'll likely break up this PR into a PR for the dual protocol support, then the LED handling separately. I've wanted to add support for bespoke bootloader config like this, so your ESC will be a nice test case for that. I'd prefer not to do it as a new MCU type though, I want to make it lightweight to add more like this.

DM me your address on discord. I can send you a unit. It has a 6 pin JST-SH debug port with SWD and UART.
