Summary
Adds a proof-of-concept
awsdeviceslurmjobcorrelationprocessorthat correlates device metrics with Slurm job information.Includes:
slurmpackage: cgroup parsing, scontrol/REST client resolvers, and typesTesting
POC commit; unit tests included for the new package. Not yet validated against upstream CI.
