Bump mlir-air from 98f2fc3 (2026031205) to de32ade (2026032004) and update mlir-aie to the commit air targets: d8acbc6 (2026031905), up from c668d2c (2026030506). All 14 non-skipped examples pass on NPU2 (Strix/AIE2P) hardware with these versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
