Non-Linux users now get a clear error message instead of a confusing pip dependency resolution failure for mlir_aie. Also adds the "Operating System :: POSIX :: Linux" classifier to pyproject.toml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
