- Add project description, compilation pipeline overview, key results from the paper, and contributing section to README
- Replace all AARInternal/triton-xdna URLs with amd/Triton-XDNA across README, pyproject.toml, setup.py, and CI scripts
- Fix README instruction errors: wrong cd directory name, duplicate cmake keyword, missing --no-build-isolation flag
