- Removed test files, documentation guides, log files, and demo scripts - Removed coverage execution guides and integration guides - Removed temporary export files and test scripts - Cleaned up code coverage display components - Removed shell scripts and standalone test files - Repository now contains only essential production code

- Add new export test files generated during testing - Apply black code formatting to clean_output_code.py - Include latest export manager changes
- Applied Black formatting to backend/cli.py, export_manager.py, and module files - Updated Makefile to use pip3 for better compatibility - All files now properly formatted according to line-length=79 and py311 settings
