The way you can tell this is working is this:

• Create a new project with a sampleproj environment spec (but don't put the prebaked environment on disk)
• Launch a session with JupyterLab
• See if a pop-up appears in the bottom-right corner indicating that the project is going through preparation steps

I don't see that pop-up in the screenshot; I would need to see that to approve. I can go testing for that if you've already torn down your test
