Updates:

• When launching a terminal the env_spec defined in anaconda-project.yml will always be activated even if the Python extension is not loaded.

This release updates code-server and maintains a compatible ms-python extension in the mainfest.yml.example. It is possible that newer versions of ms-python will also work, but they are untested.
