[`ts-plugin`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/ts-plugin) enables the installation of TypeScript Language Server plugins in a single step. I've updated the README to include this command rather than the manual 2-step method. If you'd rather keep the manual method, no worries! Feel free to close this PR.
