feat: Complete Legacy Code Cleanup - Move All Old Code to Legacy Folder
MASSIVE CLEANUP COMPLETED:
- Moved agent_dev, agentdev_tests to legacy/
- Moved .sandbox, k6, chaos, ci, cli to legacy/
- Moved clients, common, core, datasets to legacy/
- Moved desktop_app, e2e, e2e_scenarios to legacy/
- Moved ethics-tests, examples, fixtures to legacy/
- Moved gateway_deploy, gateway_poc, integration to legacy/
- Moved libs, load_test, metrics, mobile_app to legacy/
- Moved monitoring, niche_radar, notebooks to legacy/
- Moved observability, oi_adapter, ops to legacy/
- Moved plugins, policy, rulesets, runtime to legacy/
- Moved security, security_basics, src to legacy/
- Moved stillme_ai.egg-info, templates to legacy/
- Moved tests_harness, unit to legacy/
RESULT:
- Main directory now contains ONLY new StillMe - Self-Evolving AI System
- All legacy code properly organized in legacy/ folder
- Repository structure is clean and professional
