anolis-provider-bread 0.3.2 adopts CRUMBS 0.12.5 and bread-crumbs-contracts 0.4.4, deleting the provider-side padded-read trim workaround and hand-rolled GET_STATE parsing (anolishq/anolis-provider-bread#100).

Bumps the bread provider pin 0.3.1 → 0.3.2 for the bioreactor-v1 bundle.
0.3.2 = CRUMBS 0.12.5 (upstream padded-read trim, feastorg/CRUMBS#15) + bread-crumbs-contracts 0.4.4 (shared GET_STATE parsers), with the provider-side duplication deleted (anolishq/anolis-provider-bread#100). Release assets verified on both x86_64 and arm64 (checksums + symbol-level checks). No config schema changes.
