Show status for all local tunnels

Summary

• add opentunnel status to inspect every locally stored profile in one aligned table
• report hostname, local service state, remote bridge state, and configured route count
• expose tunnel status through both Effect and Promise client interfaces
• keep individual profile failures isolated and display them as unreachable or error
