COMPONENT NAME
With the release of Grafana v13, API v2 is now required to fully support new features such as Tabs, Auto-Layout, and Dynamic Dashboard when importing or exporting dashboards. This PR updates only the community.grafana.grafana_dashboard module, but a broader update across all modules to version 2 is likely needed, while maintaining backward compatibility with versions v5 to v12 and v1 to v5.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Currently, my team successfully uses only the modified module, published as rangeid.grafana.grafana_dashboard, to export and import dashboards to and from GIT, even though the GIT Sync feature is now built-in.
