• Add integration tests somewhere under https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.proxysql/tree/main/tests/integration/targets/test_proxysql_mysql_users/tasks
• Add a changelog fragment
• Fix the tests

• You can run the tests locally easily before pushing, see https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/devel/community/create_pr_quick_start.html
• You could mark the PR as draft as long as the CI is red, so that people subscribed to the repo don't get a notification about every push. You can click "ready for review" button once it's ready. We'll get notified about comments here anyway, if you have any questions.
