On chapter 22, section 22.4.27

The wording here is slightly misleading. HCP Terraform is Terraform Cloud (TFC) not a separate platform.

The line
When using the hashicorp.terraform collection, you can use the HCP Terraform credential type for HCP Terraform or Terraform Enterprise (TFE/C).
could be rephrased as

When using the hashicorp.terraform collection, you can use the HCP Terraform credential type with Terraform Cloud (HCP Terraform) and Terraform Enterprise (TFE).

They changed the name to HCP Terraform, which can be found in their developer docs (https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/cloud-docs):

"Introducing HCP Terraform: Effective April 22, 2024, Terraform Cloud is now HCP Terraform. HCP Terraform's functionality remains the same, and we plan to introduce new features soon to support a unified HCP experience. To learn more about HashiCorp's vision, refer to Introducing the Infrastructure Cloud."

So I will leave this reference as-is because this attribute is referred to throughout our integration docs.
