Updated documentation and scripts to remove the 'developer_testing' endpoint category, reducing the number of HTTP requests in the generated HAR file from 21 to 18 and endpoint categories from 7 to 6. Adjusted references and logic in generate-mcp-har.ts and get-tools-list.ts to reflect this change.
