This PR fixes adds autofix support for the
yaml[comments]rule when comments are missing a space after#. The fix adds the missing space during YAML formatting inFormattedEmitter.write_comment()and marks the rule as fixed to avoid the "Rule specific fix not applied" error.Fixes #4831.
