Update pygranta to 2025.2.0rc0

I don't know if release candidates are intended to be supported here. We will have full releases before FCA, but it's likely to be only a week or so before.

Pinging @ansys/pyansys-core .. this is something we will have to address in the actions. Apparently, pre-releases in downstream packages might not be allowed now (because we switched to UV..)

So adding the dependency directly fixed the first issue. Since PyGranta has many other packages this becomes a bit of a nightmare if we have to add all of them individually (just to bypass the errors). I'd suggest that we keep it as is and once it is officially out PyGranta 2025R2 and it's dependencies.. we bump it here. No worries @Andy-Grigg -- I'll keep an eye on this

Looks like this works. Then, we can close ansys/actions#895.
