ctxforge: update description for 25-command release

The ctxforge plugin just merged a major feature bump (sylvester-francis/ctx-forge#20): from 1 slash command to 25 — one per CLI subcommand plus 5 scenario prompts (bugfix / refactor / explain / code-review / migrate). Updating the marketplace description to match the new surface.

What changed in the plugin:

• 24 new /ctxforge:* slash commands covering full parity with the CLI (add, rm, clear, status, list, resume, export, copy, pipe, save, load, profiles, templates, note, recall, docs, suggest, cache, refresh) and the 5 scenario prompts.
• Skill rewritten as an intent-to-tool index so Claude picks the right MCP tool from natural phrasing.
• Actual tool count is 31 (the previous listing said 15 — stale from v1.0).

What changed in marketplace.json:

• description only. source.ref still main; the code update already landed.
