Adds three plugins from awslabs/agent-plugins: - aws-amplify (development) - databases-on-aws (database) - sagemaker-ai (development) Removes migration-to-aws (deprecated by the AWS team).

LGTM. Verified all three plugins in upstream awslabs/agent-plugins — proper plugin structure (plugin.json, skills/, .mcp.json), descriptions match upstream exactly, categories and sort order correct. Remote MCP patterns (proxy + HTTP) match existing AWS entries already on -official (amazon-location-service, deploy-on-aws). No new patterns introduced.
