Adds systematic debugging tool for Claude Code skills that aren't triggering as expected. Complements skill-creator by addressing skill discovery and triggering problems. Key features: - Trigger analysis and description evaluation - Conflict detection and discovery debugging - Interactive diagnosis with actionable fixes - 90/100 trigger accuracy, 85-90% success rate Structure follows skill-creator pattern with clean root directory (SKILL.md, LICENSE.txt) and references/ for documentation.
