Files were tracked as 100755 in the index but stored as 0644 on disk — a setup-step chmod added the executable bit to git's tracking without touching the working tree. Reverts the index entries to 100644 so the branch diff vs main no longer carries mode-change noise. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
