Previously, we've been reimplementing a lot of the code required to compile proper instruction account indices when preparing to invoke an instruction with the
InvokeContext. However, we can actually just use the Message API from the SDK directly and get rid of a lot of those code.This PR does exactly that, and as a result, the
mollusk-svm-keyscrate has been removed, since it's no longer used.
