Add the ability to fix and automatically create yaml pipeline tests.

The apache_beam.yaml.main module now takes a --test and --test_suite option to run tests, --fix_tests to update them as the pipeline evolves, and --create_test to automatically generate a regression test of the pipeline by sampling the inputs and asserting the observed outputs.

This builds on top of #34513
