How to update

1. Update your local code base with git pull
2. Update your local docker image with docker-compose pull
3. Update your containers with docker-compose up -d, if you saw error like qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped, please update your docker-compose latest version.
