[Discussion] Upgrade HashedWheelTimer with the same class at latest Netty

What is the purpose of the change?

sun.misc.Unsafe (will be removed since JDK 23) is still used in HashedWheelTimer of latest Netty, it might cause trouble if we copy it directly.
