1. Add a mechanism similar to a blacklist and whitelist to make the function of dynamically refreshing data disks more user-friendly.
2. Related configs: DFS_DATANODE_DATA_DIR_TO_ADD_KEY, DFS_DATANODE_DATA_DIR_TO_REMOVE_KEY (which may be named as a blacklist or whitelist).
3. Extract the core method of addVolumes.
