On branch docker-hadoop-3.5.0, update GitHub action commit hashes to latest allowed by ASF infra:

Thanks @ayushtkn . It looks like my hadoop-runner patch (prerequisite for this one) built successfully but then wasn't tagged, because my personal branch didn't match the expected naming convention. After I merged #8434 , it successfully built, tagged and pushed:

I'll merge this one shortly and watch the build.

I merged it. I confirmed that we now have successful Hadoop 3.5.0 images in both ghcr.io and Docker Hub. Thanks for all of the help with this @ayushtkn !
