Hey Chloe, is there a reason why you only added a Download link instead of enabling the Download section? When the additional files (asc, md5 and sha1) are available, it might make sense to enable the Download section.

Do you know if the person that provided the direction knew about the download support that was disabled? This is support similar to the "Releases" link on the Apache Geode project (http://geode.apache.org). I feel it makes sense to use that support instead of simply adding the download link.
