this PR intents to resolve #2587

first commit adds subcommands for Bitmap group: BITFIELD and BITFIELD_RO.
thus covering one group each commit.

references:

  1. BITFIELD
  2. BITFIELD_RO

Hi @PragmaTwice,
do the BITFIELD OVERFLOW subcommands (WRAP/ SAT/ FAIL) require a different table? I wasn't sure, so just added in description. please let me know If that needs changing.

@PragmaTwice will it be good to create other branches for per group, or per commit on this same.
so not to overwhelm the reviewer.
