Summary / Java Version : Use release in configuration of maven compiler or maven.compiler.release

The maven compiler plugin allow to configure java version using the release flag of javac (https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/examples/set-compiler-release.html)

This PR updates the summary report to print "Java Version" using this new flag if provided.
