Summary

NIFI-15227 Replaces application framework usage of Apache Commons Codec with MessageDigestUtils from the nifi-utils module. Direct usage of commons-codec was limited to the the DigestUtils class to produce an SHA-256 digest of several values. The MessageDigestUtils.getDigest() method also produces and SHA-256 digest, and the standard Java HexFormat class creates a hexadecimal-encoded representation, removing the need for Apache Commons Codec in application framework and web-api modules.
