spark 3.5 to 4.1 is not compatible change. This will be address later once we have 4.0 change in.

Thanks @MonkeyCanCode , not sure if we can put a rule to avoid renovate on Spark major/minor version upgrade. The path version (last number) upgrade should be fine.
