Add goker to hand evaluation tools

I checked links with awesome_bot gem and found several issues. However they weren't related to recent changes and I didn't know what exactly to do with them.

@apehex would you consider adding new tool to the list?
There wasn't any PR to this list for a long time, I don't know if it is still maintained

hi @anuarkaliyev23 ! True I don't actively maintain it as I don't play poker anymore.
Still there are people using the list so I could update it, it's np.
There must be dead links etc, I could clean it.

Still, I don't even find "goker" on google with "goker hand evaluation" and the likes.
Is it really such an awesome tool?

It is my pet project. I don't really know if it breaks the guidelines, I'm sorry if it does.

I wouldn't dare to call it "awesome", but it does extend a little on features presented in other tools present in list, namely hand-odds, which was the main inspiration of sorts for me to write this tool up.

hand-odds focuses more on Texas Hold'em, whereas I wanted a bit more universal tool.

goker now has features to calculate hand-odds for Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Short-Deck poker, which seems like a slight improvement. I also plan to add 5/7-card stud hand-odds in the nearest future.

It is rather new software and it doesn't really have users, but it does the job, with hand-odds being close to references from other sources.

I would understand if you won't update the list with it, since it have no real users.
I just wanted to share it with other people and thought of this list, since I found the original hand-odds here (thanks btw!).

Maybe this isn't an appropriate place for this purpose, if so -- I apologize 😬 .
