Hi,
Thank you for this PR — I really like the idea of scanning the MCP server for vulnerabilities and security issues.

I checked https://mseep.ai/app/apify-actors-mcp-server, I’m just wondering why this repository received a score of 4.3?
I don’t believe there are any security issues in the code (as confirmed by 100/100 score). I couldn’t find any detailed explanation. It only mentions: "Points are deducted for security issues and added for security best practices."

Could you please clarify?
