Adds one skill: apify-isolved-jobs-api, powered by the public Apify Actor johnvc/isolved-jobs-api. Scrapes isolved and ApplicantPro job postings as structured rows with change detection. Diff is 4 files: SKILL.md, two references, and one marketplace.json entry. If generate_agents.py flags an unrelated skill, that is upstream main being briefly out of sync, not this change.
