ci: Python tests on `aarch64` `musllinux` are failing in third-party PRs

This is most likely due to the missing APIFY_HTTPBIN_TOKEN being passed to the Docker action. Other CI jobs process the missing envvar correctly (there is a failsafe in the actual tests).
