Thanks for creating and maintaining this repo! This PR will upgrade activerecord to version 7.1.x. Allows clients using this gem to upgrade to Rails 7.1.x. Updated everything I could see and ensured tests passed. Please let me know if there are any other changes I need to make. Thanks!
