This PR updates the metadata for API pages in the zh build folder by converting Chinese strings to their English equivalents.
- Updated titles for fullnode REST API Reference, Fullnode REST API Guide, Indexer GraphQL API, Data Providers, Faucet API, and API Gateway.
- Removed href attributes from some metadata entries.
