This MR add tab for analysis run using unmerged (yet) MR from Argo Rollouts UI argoproj/argo-rollouts#4445
Should be merged only after MR in Argo Rollouts
Also I've added webserver for local development preview. So you can easy start ArgoCD UI with proxy into extensions.js
