docs: Add documentation for name property on Application sources resource

As per resolved Issue #17731, a name property was added to the sources object on the Application resource.

This property is not currently documented so we spent some time trying to work out how to solve the same problem the original poster. This PR will make it clear that an identifying, but optional property exists.

• The title of the PR states what changed and the related issues number (used for the release note).
• The title of the PR conforms to the Title of the PR
• I've included "Closes [ISSUE #]" or "Fixes [ISSUE #]" in the description to automatically close the associated issue.
• I've updated both the CLI and UI to expose my feature, or I plan to submit a second PR with them.
