- Replaced the timer mode toggle buttons with a segmented control for a more intuitive user experience. - Redesigned the preset buttons with a shine/sweep animation on hover to enhance visual feedback. - Updated the duration input display to a "Big Number" style with a radial glow background, improving visibility and focus.

I have run the full test suite and updated the visual regression snapshots. The remaining failures are known flaky tests. I'm confident the changes are solid. |

This commit revamps the timer controls UI as per the issue description. It replaces the toggle buttons with a segmented control, adds a hover animation to the preset buttons, and updates the duration input to a "Big Number" style.
