Patch outline, revert which_is_unsatisfied and more

Description

Makes the follow changes:

1. Adds new infrastructure for outlining instance variables to reduce the number of constraints they appear in.
2. Reverts which_predicate_is_unsatisfied to match the old code which_is_unsatisfied.
