Don't forget to read the CONTRIBUTING.md

If you ran yarn install the pre-commit hook should kick in before you commit, and it shall update all the READMEs TOC by removing, adding, or updating information. You won't have to do this manually anymore.

In this case, playbooks/README.md still references the file you deleted.

Could you remove that reference before merging the PR?
